We thought that this hotel was great value for money, great facilities inc.
We were VERY IMPRESSED with this hotel for the price.
For the price, you really can't beat this hotel.
The price was right and the hotel exceeded our expectations- a pleasant surprise.
The location is close to the bus line (if needed).
The location was OK; we were fairly close to Sea World and the boats and aircraft carrier around the pier.
The location is nice--right next to the harbor.
The Information Desk at the airport contacted the hotel for us & our driver was there quickly.
The hotel is about 1 1/2 miles from the airport.
We requested a king size bed and our room also had a couch with an ottoman, as well as a bar with two stools.
The room was very well furnished, the bed was very comfortable, we had a pool view room.
The bathroom was kind of small and the bathtub and faucet were old and the water was hard to turn on/off.
The room we were in had 2 queen beds, and a crib, there was enough room for the crib by the window, which gave us enough room to still walk around.
The bed was heavenly and the attached restaurant was nice.
Restaurant was very good value and served a hearty breakfast - to keep you going all day - price was equal to, if not cheaper than other food outlets in the area!
We had breakfast at the restaurant which was very good.
There's a great pizza restaurant across the road and for an excellent nearby breakfast.
There's a great pizza restaurant across the road (Nova) and the next block along has shops and a full compliment of junk food take-a-way places if you're into that sort of thing.
The restaurant next door (also room service) was great, the food was very good, very clean, and service was quick.
The rates were reasonable and cUSTOMER SERVICE: The front desk staff was efficient and helpful.
The pool area was nice, the staff at this hotel was wonderful and front desk employees were professional and helpful.
I found the entire staff's customer service and professionalism to be excellent to outstanding.
There is construction going on at this hotel, but if you ask the front desk staff to keep you away from the construction they will accomodate you.
The elevator was very hot and fitness facilities were adequate.
I was first given a room with a door that opened to the parking lot and one to the area near the pool, not the safest area of town and being that I was traveling with children I requested to be in the hotel portion of the property.
Also, the heated pool at this hotel is really nice, along with a spa, shuffleboard, a weight room, ping pong.
Rooms were fine and jacuzzi was nice and clean.
The rooms were clean, food was pretty good.
Reception was professional and the room was fairly clean.
A nice stay, friendly service and our room was clean even had extra pillows.
Good value, happy staff and hot Tub large and clean.
