The most important - comfortable and unbeatable location close to downtown. Well-kept room, tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds.

Relaxed staff!

The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. The bed was comfy and there were a microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge. The location was absolutely perfect, 12 miles to Roanoke airport, perfectly reachable.

The rooms are top-notch and beautifully maintained and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes. The beds are big and the staff is extremely friendly and incredibly friendly. The hotel provides a good service.

Location adjacent to Salem, right ouside of Roanoke, VA, all the restaurants, and airport. Tasty food in the restaurant, satisfactory breakfast with hot oatmeal and pastries, as for instance.

The pool area is nice too. Continental breakfast with a huge variety of good meals to choose from. Perfect location to explore Salem and excellent service.

When I am in Salem, I like staying here. The hotel is luxurious and spacious with highly efficient and very knowledgeable staff members. The room is brand-new with step in showers. The location is pleasant and excellent, 2 miles from Fort Lewis Baptist Church. The property has got a nice restaurant for dinner.

The sound insulation in the rooms could be improved, as guests reported being able to hear their neighbors.

carpet was dirty, upholstered furniture needed cleaning, curtains over air conditioner were shreded, we had to change rooms as the room was too small for four people. The new room was bigger but had the same dirty features as the first room plus the tub was very slow draining and the toilet backed up. We had to end up taking showers and using the toilet in another room before leaving for home. Breakfast food was good,

the room was very large and comfortable. The staff was VERY helpful. The HI S-R was just off the interstate but the mountain shielded the view and kept the noise level very low. The proximity to downtown Roanoke was great.

Smoking was permitted in many rooms and the spell did permeate the hallways. As a non-smoker, I found this distasteful but our room was absent of any tobacco smell.

All the services were excellent, including a continental breakfast and a nice pool. My room included central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave. The hotel was in a favourable location, in myrtle beach.

Great front desk staff. Welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Clean and bright lobby. Modern room with nice bedding. Complimentary breakfast with nice assortment of choices. Clean and quiet room. Indoor pool with plenty of seating options. Good selection of breakfast items.

Pleasant and magnificent location close to downtown was a plus. Plus, it was not far from Roanoke, restaurants and right ouside of Roanoke.

It was close to the interstate

The walls are VERY thin. You can hear everything - even conversations being held in normal voices. The carpet was nasty.

The location on top of a hill was comfortable for us. Also, we could visit a high school, it was 15 minutes' drive away.
