  The room was excellent and the location was ideal, this hotel was very pleasant to stay in, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the fridge was clean and the restaurant food was really good as well. Pool and sauna were great also.

  Less than 15 minute drive from all the falls attractions and i emailed the hotel to advise of our disappointment and have to be acknowledged. The lobby is very nice and the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, the restaurant is quite good. Also the gym is great.

  Bathroom are very dated and the ineffective wireless network and the water.

  Location was good and hotel staff were very pleasant. The women at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, room was excellent, restaurant was great. Facilities were very clean and modern.

  Great location and a good place. S eve at a low rate, the lobby seemed clean and the staff were friendly and more than helpful. The internet was awesome.

  The location was great and the room was very comfortable, upon arrival the hotel staff were friendly. The bathroom had lots of fresh towels and the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Facilities were very clean.

  Restaurant seem unfinished and the restaurant especially had a large empty area, the hotel was very convenient to the highway, the location of the BW was excellent for getting to the funeral home. The staff were great and bathroom fittings etc. The room was clean. The food was very good and the service was even better.

  Location was great and this stay really worked well for us. Staff were friendly helpful, the rooms were clean, everything worked and we found the bed comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good.
