Holiday Inn Richmond-Central - 里士满

The location is good and is near an upscale neighborhood.

Chose it for the location - close to the Highway.

The bathrooms were a little dated, but the staff is awesome and the location is close to Short pump and downtown and close to 95.

At 11:15 I took a taxi ($25, 15 minutes) to the hotel.

I wouldn't recommend it for the airport traveler.

The room was fine with a decent bathroom and balcony, but the bed and linens were cheap.

They offered to move us to another room, but come on, it was after 11 pm and I had three kids asleep in bed.

For our second night I asked and was told all the beds were the same so they couldn't switch us to another room.

Clean room, clean bathroom, reasonable rates.

After settling down I used the bathroom and the toilet was stopped up.

The restaurant on site had a good breakfast, the lobby was nice and the room was fine.

Easily Richmond's best location - but we loved the food in the dining room - our dinners were great, we really were not expecting food this tasty from a Holiday Inn restaurant.

The breakfast food was OK but the service was very slow.

Great restaurant across street, Kitchen 64 , this is a must visit hotel and restaurant.

Also if you stay there, try out the restaurant across the street named Kitchen 64.

The friendly desk staff again could do nothing and the restaurant personnel are kind as well.

I called the front desk the young lady says she would move me again.

The people at the front desk of this hotel were the rudest, most unhappy clerks I have ever come across.

The business center was functional and i waited in the lobby in front of the desk she was good.

The pool area is nice and the Holiday Inn Central didn't have that requirement.

The internet wireless did not work, and they just said.
