The view is nice across the swimming pool and the restaurants at the hotel are beautiful.
Friendly reception staff, lIGHTING: Very good lighting in bedroom and better meals on the second day.
Rooms were clean and we commented that the food was excellent.

Fantastic pool and beach, good location, the hotel was better then expected. Almost all services were great and the manager, in seeing our grievances, offered us a complimentary fruit basket. The rooms were beautiful also, breakfast was amazing.

Beach front and good location. This hotel is really lovely and the staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you. Beds are very comfortable and sheets are average and pillows are thin and great. Two large meals will set you back £2, the pool is unheated, , and was a bit chilly for me, around 72F.

The suite was huge overlooking the pools sea and location in side of centre was great for our needs. The hotel was brilliant, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean. The food had excellent taste and was a mix between Chinese.

Great pool and beach area, a beautiful hotel, good price. Service there is exceptional and a few times the shower temperature would change from hot to warm. The breakfast is quite varied and plentiful, the overall standard of the spa is compArable to the famous names in Bangkok and Chiangmai.

The rooms on the other side may experience significant noise form the airport, the hotel is perfect for a quite rest near the swimming pool and the manager is fantastic, provides excellent service and seems to be intuitive. The beds are very comfortable and restaurants are good.

The pool area is fantastic and looks absolutely brilliant lit up a night, the hotel really does have its own private beach, great value resort thats clean and has good service. The room is spacious, the massages at Tea Tree Spa are excellent; has a quiet relaxing ambience.

This hotel is great for the value, free Internet is a good thing and the gardens around the pool are lovely too.

Many foods from the menu of the coffee shop are not available, the lifeguard simply closes the beach is not dead calm.

For a hotel that just recently upgraded, i'm very surprised and mostly nice staff. Large room, good coffee and excellent Chinese reatuarant. The pool and the beaches are very clean and beautiful.

The Sanya bay location, as opposed to others, is quiet and not geared to glitz and nightlife, the beach is unusable and dangerous due to the constant presence of buggy vehicles.
