Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - The Castle - 奥兰多

The location is great, the hotel is located near to the Mercardo and all of the staff members are friendly.

It is in a great location on International Drive with lots of dining and entertainment nearby, very close to Universal and Wet and Wild.

The location is excellent, being on I-drive.

The price for a private car to the airport is $35, much better than a cab.

You can take your own cab from the airport to the hotel, but after that you have to use their high-priced services.

We requested king bed room , we got to queen beds instead ha ha, but it wasnt a problem as we put our suitcase and shopping bags on one of the beds and slept on the other.

Our room was great, beautiful, clean loved the elephant on the bed, made with towels.

Wonderful comfy beds, 4 fluffy feather pillows per bed, quality linens, towels were wonderful (not like the sandpaper you often find in hotels).

The cleaning maids were a bit hit and miss, we returned to our room on more than one occasion to find that dirty bed linen had been left on the second bed in the room?

We were in room 915 (King room) and the bed was the best comfort I have ever experienced.

The hotel sadly lacked any kind of lounge or bar area for the evening other than the breakfast dining room or by the pool.

Breakfast was lovely, from fruit and bagels to full pancakes etc, but LOTS of extremely nice restaurants, mexican, chop houses, dennys asian food at good prices within walking distance of the hote.

The breakfast staff were delightful and friendly and whilst the full breakfasts were pricey, we only required 2 slices of toast each plus coffee, so our cost each day was just over $4 for both of us - very reasonable.

We did have dinner at Vito's Chop House, one of two attached restaurants, it was a little pricy but the food was delicious and service was very elegant.

Breakfast is a bit expensive at $10 if you order the Kings breakfast, however, you can order ala carte---$4 for a 3-egg omelet and $1 for a small dish of fruit; coffee/tea are free.

The front desk staff were cold and and customer service is non-existent.

The reception staff were very friendly, our room was clean.

The staff slipped your bill/receipt under your door the night before you checked out and all you had to do the morning of your departure was call down to the front desk and tell them that you were departing and everything was taken care of.

Front desk employees has below zero customer service and social skills.

My girls loved the hotel especially the glass doors in the elevator and the pool.

It also offered free shuttle to WDW and free parking.

We had fun at the hotel pool, it is a large round pool with a fountain in the middle, there is also a nice Jacuzzi and a pool bar.

In addition the staff was super, the room was very clean and the bartenders at the pool bar were extremely friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had beautiful tile and was very clean.

The rooms were very nice and clean, were large enough to not feel cramped with four people, and we had a spectacular veiw of the pool area.

The rooms are always clean, the lobby music is great and the breakfast in the morning is casual yet classy - it is not at all stuffy like other hotels I have stayed in.

Staff were friendly, rooms were nice and clean, the pool was generally quiet.
