Our stay was really good, loved delicious and wonderful breakfasts.

Prime and tranquil location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The room with a hammock on the patio.

The room was well-kept and brand-new with a storage and a writing desk.

Prime location in very nice area, very close to Old Town, and shops, restaurants and old town Los Cabos. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous, I enjoyed the stay.

It was a good base for one night. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable and the poolside bar was a plus. The staff was willing to help with any issue. The hotel was in a peaceful location, close to the beach. Playa Hotelera was 100 feet from the venue.

the room was great-sized, also it had safe. the location was stunning and amazing because it was near to the downtown area, the bars, and the ala carte restaurant azul estero.

We celebrated our anniversary at Holiday Inn and they went above and beyond. Our room was beautifully decorated with heart balloons, roses, and swan-shaped towels. They even upgraded us for free and surprised us with wine and dessert. The price for an all-inclusive is unbeatable. The food is delicious, and room service is worth it. The bartenders and event staff were fantastic, exceeding our expectations. The beach, though not swimmable, is fantastic, and the pools are great too. The staff, especially the front desk and bar staff, were excellent and always helpful.

The hotel was located next to restaurant, San Jose del Cabo which is an easy 40 Kms way from Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos, so definitely a quieter part of Cabo. All the staff was extremely friendly and excellent, resolved my issues. The location of the venue was amazing, to the Old Town of San Jose. Plus, it was approx 0 mins walk from Playa Hotelera.

The resort was in a prime location, with a stunning view of the ocean from our room. We also loved the fact that the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. Another advantage was the variety of activities offered, from bike tours to poolside bingo, there was always something fun to do.

One negative aspect was the quality of the food at the buffet. Many of the dishes were cold and lacked flavor.
