  Initially, we were afraid of going to Mexico, but as soon as we got to the Hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful that they made us feel at home and our fear was gone. The hotel was a combination of colonial style in the atrium and meeting rooms, while the guest rooms were somewhat modern style; at least ours was. Even though the hotel was mid size, it gave me the feeling of a small, cozy hotel due to quick response from staff and it also had a warm and friendly atmosphere. We had a great time visiting various sites, but it was good to come back at the end of a long day to a clean room. The staff in the dinning hall were polite, friendly, and gracious. It was a pleasure to eat our breakfast there and start our day with the employees' smiling faces, and the food was delicious.

  Staff were very prompt in their service, assistance or reply to us. From what I could tell, the staff aimed to please all customers.

  The location and lack of street noise was excellent.

  The restaurant had low quality and high prices.

  We enjoyed staying at the Colonial Puebla Holiday Inn. Its stained glass and chandeliers were beautiful. The rooms themselves were rather stark with absolutely nothing on the walls, but the bed was very comfortable. It was only a few blocks from the center of town and had many convenient stores/restaurants in its vicinity. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again!

  In a perfect location for walking around the tourist area of Puebla, beautiful streets were all walking distance and the hotel was nice. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious.

  A great location a block from the Zocalo and the hotel is extremely convenient for shopping. The building is beautiful and the rooms are clean.

  Spectacular views from the rooms, good value and the building is beautiful. Additionally the tiled bathrooms are impecably clean.

  Wonderful location, we booked via their central hotel phone booking service and the front desk was as helpful as possible. Furthermore room was extremely neat and my breakfast was reasonable.

  In a perfect location for walking around the tourist area of Puebla and the hotel is right near the Zocalo. Furthermore helpful front desk personnel and the rooms are well furnished.
