Reasonable rates, overall a fairly good hotel at an acceptable price and the front desk was friendly enough.

We had tea and toast at the hotel coffee shop in the morning and that was acceptable and the prices reasonable.
We did not have any problems at this location.
The location was convenient, our stay was quiet and the staff was professional and friendly.
Though near the airport, it is a somewhat odd location, maybe not what I would call convenient.
Convenient to airport, trains were rolling by all night long and we were picked up by the hotel bus.
I stuck at the AIrport due to the weather and the hotel took very good care of me.
My room (604) was very spacious and had a comfortable king bed.
Our room was a little rough around the edges and the mattress cover on our king bed looked more like it was meant for a double, but everything was very clean.
The bed was comfortable and the towels were big.
The bed comfy and i received a coupon for a free drink.
We were pleasantly surprised that the bed had a nice comforter and not one of those slick bedspreads that won't stay on the bed.
The hotel restaurant had a good breakfast and the service was excellent.
I received a coupon for a free drink at the bar, its restaurant is handy.
The restaurant was decent and the prices (at breakfast at least) were ok.
The lunch service at the main restaurant was fine, but the food was awful- they basically served salmon popsicles- I had to get the salmon defrosted.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and service was good.
Room service was reasonably priced compared to big city hotels and the staff was nice.
Staff was very nice and the wireless internet service by the pool was great.
Customer service is lacking- not real informed or helpful for the most part (there was one helpful young lady at check out, and check in was ok; but 2 staff did not know their own hotel info on the phone when called directly prior to stay.
The Hotel is old, but the lobby and pool area have been renovated.
Pool area have been renovated, a FREE stay at this hotel would be TOO MUCH and the piano player in the lobby is pretty good.
Free airport shuttle was efficient, the hotel employees I encountered were extremely helpful and friendly, housekeeping service was very good.
The hotel room was very clean and spacious.
The staff are very friendly and a clean room go a long way.
Moreover good price via Booked, service was great and the room was clean and comfortable.
A friendly staff, clean remodeled room and the curtains blocked the light nicely.
Moreover room service was prompt and the jacuzzi was very clean.
