We did not have a reservation because we had booked at another hotel which was complete garbage (Parador Guanica 1929) so we were at their mercy for a room and for a good price.
The pool area was clean, renting 2 roomsThe hotel was adequate for the money and the staff was friendly and polite.
The location is nice on a hill top that was nice, the hotel is fine and there staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Also, the beach is not accessible from this location.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quite large and had a fridge, micro-wave, marble bathroom.
The dirty towels stayed on the floor in the bathroom, and the bed was not made.
The rooms were average there was mole on the walls and around bathtub but didn't really care I wasn't gonna be living in my room for vacation.
The shower was clogged, there was no cream or sugar for the complimentary in room coffee, dropping of water in the balcony of all the rooms, from the top floors air conditioner.
When I complained, towels were left on the bed.
We did eat breakfast at the hotel and it was better than alot of hotels,but nothing to rave about.
To restaurant food was overpriced and tasteless.
Free breakfast and drink coupons were provided on account of our Priority Club status.
The price was right and also continental breakfast was included in our rate.

The pool area was nice, the hotel was renovated recently so the rooms were pretty decent and the front desk staff was friendly.
They provided both and the front desk staff was very accomodating and the room was roomy and clean.
In addition staff ok food ok casino didn't go in.
Your not getting the free drinks you gamble at the casino, the pool is great.
We took advantage of the very neat and clean pool area.
The food now is allot better than before and the swimming pool is nice.
The areas south of Ponce are great, the hotel does offer free wireless internet and therefore the rates are high.
The place was nice, the bilingual staff was very helpful and accomodating, the rooms were clean.
Clean comfortable rooms and the continental breakfast.
The rooms were clean and everything we needed was at our finger tips.
