            Great location and very Nice Stay. Rates were just a bit high, the staff were very friendly and check in and out was very easy, the room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Mattresses were cheap and the breakfast that I paid for was well worth the money. The spa was very spacious and hot, and was very relaxing.

            Location was great, the hotel staff were wonderful in greeting us and lobby was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the food itself was fine; we were just bothered by the service. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.

            Great location, great free wifi in room, good hotel and the lobby is nice and the pool is very pretty. The bathroom is functional, the food is much better and service much quicker.

            Location is really great, near everything including dollywood, i just returned from my stay at the holiday inn in pigeon forge and the Lobby is beautiful. The rooms have recently been redone and are extremely comfortable, the dining service and food is great as well as the large pool and waterfall.

            The reception area was very warm and cosy, the stay was exceptional and the room and the service was great, the staff were friendly and my niece loved the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a good value.
