  The business center was good and the hotel itself was very nice, comfortable. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the food in the restaurant and in the sports bar was INCREDIBLE.

  Good hotel for overnight stay, service great proving that its the people not the building and the pleasant staff at Holiday Inn West in Phoeniz. The rooms and bathrooms were clean is very important to us.
