  Convenient location to family, near Philadelphia Stadium and a very disappointing stay in the executive suite costing almost $500. Good prices and etc_ Also a convenience store inside and nice lobby. Professional staff and and because nothing else was available.

  Our room was quite dirty, the bathroom was filthy and the sheets had not been changed, elevators were very slow we stayed there. The coffee/convenience facility was closed.

  Best thing about the room was the breathtaking view of citizens bank ballpark, the Hotel location was very good and very friendly staff and the roomsv were very clean. The beds were very nice and the pool was fine for an outdoor pool.

  The stadiums are right there and we had a great view, the sports bar in the hotel is really convenient, the staff can best be described as indifferent. Free internet is always good.

  The whole area became very shine and clean and i felt safe, the hotel offers free wifi and has a guest laundry, good water pressure in the shower.

  The reception people always not likely to help you, broken ice machines.

  The place looked clean, great Customer Service and each day after housekeeping cleaned our rooms. The bar staff were excellent and the wings.

  The service was quick and the food was way above hotel quality food, the staff were friendly and helpful. My bed was very comfortable.
