We loved the cleanliness of this hotel, which was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a parking area for our rental car. The location was perfect, as it was right next to the metro entrance, making it easy for us to explore this city. Moreover, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport.

Great location near transportation and restaurants. The room was very cozy and nicely decorated with modern amenities. The breakfast was tasty and there were many options. the ambiance was pleasant.

The restaurant staff was not well trained and the service was poor. The food took a very long time to be served and it wasn't worth the wait. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work well and the room was too hot, especially during the night. Unfortunately, the restaurant and the AC were big letdowns for a holiday experience during Christmas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location in the city center. The hotel was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The facilities, especially the club level, were awesome for enjoying sodas and snacks. The train station right outside the hotel made it really convenient to explore the city, and we were almost closed to everything we wanted to visit, including the IFS and shopping street. The hotel's central location also ensured easy access to major tourist spots. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We chose the Holiday Inn for its great location and proximity to the metro system, and it did not disappoint. The hotel staff, especially Shirley at the concierge desk, were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided excellent directions, restaurant recommendations, and even arranged for tickets to the Chengdu Sichuan Opera. The hotel restaurants offered delicious food and a wide selection. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu.

My recent stay at a 5-star hotel left a lasting impression. The luxurious amenities were exceptional, especially the heated indoor swimming pool, perfect for a morning swim. The staff provided excellent service, always accommodating and friendly. The bar and lounge area served delicious cocktails, and the restaurant had a wide selection of fine dining. In-room breakfast was a delight, and the private facilities added to the exclusivity of the experience.

The only minor issue I encountered was the public bath's cleanliness, which could have been better maintained. However, this was a small hiccup in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to the subway and many restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge services that provided useful information about transportation and tourist attractions. The breakfast was great with a fantastic range of items, including eggs made to order.

The rooms were a bit small, and we had some problems with the shower curtains and bathroom doors not working properly. It was a bit frustrating to have to call the front desk numerous times to get these issues resolved.

Despite being during the Christmas holiday, I was happy to receive complimentary drinks upon check-in and chocolates on my pillow.
