Holiday Inn Ontario Airport - 安大略省

Reaching the Holiday Inn (HI) was a little difficult, as the street it faces has no direct access and the location did not appear on two different gps systems.

The only other issue I encountered was that the airport shuttle did not operate on the weekend.

The room was very nice with ample space, a very comfortable bed and a very nice LCD HD television.

Comfy bed, a really good restaurant downstairs.

Room was decent size, moderately clean and the beds were comfortable.

I feared that the air conditioning would not be able to keep up, but was pleasantly surprised that my room stayed nicely cool.

Very friendly staff, nice beds and two different high qualtiy teas.

We ate in the hotel restaurant for almost every meal, and they were able to accommodate our requests, as we tried to eat smart, and relatively inexpensively on our trip.

I had breakfast at the restaurant during my last stay, and was happy with my meal.

There is also a "four star" restaurant and bar adjoining the lobby.

Even though there were some fast food places nearby, we felt much better off at the hotel restaurant.

Staff attentive to details without overdoing anything, comfortable accommodations and very nice bar.

Front desk staff were friendly and professional, the room included free ethernet.

The hotel is clean, friendly front desk staff and the rooms are very nice.

The pillows were nice, food was good and the pool was so sparkling.

The parking lot had ample spaces and was very clean.

I realize this is a business hotel with the highest traffic on Monday through Friday, but no weekend shuttle just seemed odd.

Wireless internet didn't work, and they charged me for an extra night which took FIVE calls to finally get resolved.

Being so new, it should come as no surprise that the rooms are clean and comfortable.
