The location is convenient, with easy access to the interstate.
The location is convenient and the hotel is lovely.
Desk Staff pleasant and clean room -- comfortable bed.
The room size was reasonable, the beds were comfortable, the facility was clean, and the rates were fair.
The room was okay, fairly clean, but boringly furnished except for the granite bathroom counter.
Additionally internet access is FREE through a DSL cable in each room and the restaurant there is not bad.
Our room was clean and the towels were bleached brilliant.
We ate at the restaurant, food was good and reasonably.
The terminals in the lobby worked well, the hotel restaurant/lounge was large and the staff was very friendly.
Pros: Exceptionally well trained staff for this level of hotel – courteous, efficient and warm.
Well maintained lobby and attentive staff.
The coffee in the lobby was fresh and staff was Connecticut courteous -- don't expect the warmth of the midwest/south.
Staff was not particularly helpful or apologetic about their computer system being down.

The desk clerks and all the other employees were eager to help and very pleasant, There was a large pool and a gatrden with beautiful flowers.
90 plus and no pool) would NOT recomend this to anyone as we shoudl have been notified prior to the trip.
We checked in late in the evening and left in the morning, so didn't have an opportunity to see much of the place, but our room was comfortable and clean.
Our room was clean, the newspapers were free and food was good.
