The location was great, the hotel was extremely well located and our rate was good.

This hotel's location is exceptional and extremely reasonably priced.

Great centralized location to all the shops and better hotel.

It's a great location, close to Metro stations, that huge underground mall, etc.

The location also cannot be beat - it is about 4 blocks from St Catherines street - lots of restaurants, shopping, museums and more shopping, a couple of blocks from both the underground and the metro.

The bed was very confortable however the bathroom was horrid, it had mould and mildew on the bath tiles.

The hotel room I had was very comfortable, service was fine and clean bed :) I also had dinner.

The rooms had recently been refrubished (we were the first guests in our room) and were pleasant enough although the bathrooms were very dated.

The guestrooms were a good size with a reasonably sized bathroom providing bath & shower.

Rooms are smaller than US standard hotel rooms but perfectly spacious for 2 people with a king size bed, a lounge chair, ottoman and desk.

The rooms are clean, the bar is very nice and the Aces restaurant is a must do - a great breakfast.

They have all the services you will need (money exchange, info desk, taxi, gift shop, bar/restaurant etc).

The restaurant was very good, having tried it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I found the restaurants around the hotel to be on the expensive side, but the restaurant at the hotel was pretty good for pretty cheap.

On site restaurant was acceptable and breakfast prices were very decent.

The restaurant in the lobby is fantastic and staff is very friendly from front desk to concierge.

For a downtown hotel, rates are very favourable and staff is very friendly from front desk to concierge.

Extra pillows, concierge, money exhange, room service, operator I can go on and on - all were great.

The gym and pool are decent, but they should really get rid of the ghetto grafitti design.

The pool was cold and very dated, the gym seemed well equipped.

The valet parking is sub-par, most days you have to wait awhile, as they only seem to have 1 person working.

The supposedly "high-speed" internet did not work well.

Great hotel, very clean and quite room, fast checkin/out, and have a meal in the Ace.
