  They have both an indoor & outdoor pool, they are convenient to the airport, and they aren't that far away from downtown. The only problem is a lack of elevator to the second floor. The lobby is really beautiful with lots of lush greenery.

  We were more than pleased with the staff for their excellent efforts in speaking English and their overall friendliness. The room was initially nicer than we had hoped for, attractive bed linens, plenty of pillows, nicely decorated however attention to details when it came to cleaning became obvious as we spent time in our room.

  The carpet along the walls were very dirty and the bathroom caulking was in a dire need of repair.

  Attractive pool area, the hotel was quiet and comfortable, the front desk clerks were very pleasant and professional. Also the room was huge, food was great and check-in was prompt and efficient.

  Location was fine and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was great, the high speed internet barely worked and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The pool was lovely.

  The rooms did not make up for the distance and the toilet seat was not clean.

  Attractive pool area and decor were all modern. The reception was very nice to us and the cable didn't fit as was for a phone cable. Food was great.

  Pool area look good, the place is clean and the lobby is quite nice too. Above all the staff is very courteous, the rooms are comfortable.

  1) The public areas are quite nice, the hotel itself is comfortable and this room needs to be renovated.

  Front desk is extremely slow, i could understand the restaurant not beign open very late at night or very early in the morning and the gym is dirty.

  Nice setting for the indoor pool, better price and professional looking lobby. Very friendly staff and comfy bed. I really liked the soap, restaurant's good.

  Needing a place near the airport, better price and professional looking lobby. Really nice staff and excellent room good for working clean. The food in the restaurant was very well and the pool was great.
