The location was convenient - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. Really enjoyed how the king room was arranged when we arrived. It was surely a very pleasant stay for a Business Trip.

Pleasant stay, as always. Nice accommodation with unbeatable setting not far from many restaurants and a large shopping centre as well as Monterrey. The staff were excellent and very helpful and assisted with free parking.

The idea to include a microwave and coffee & tea makers in the suite was nice. The bathroom here was big. Its location close to San Agustin was magnificent and perfect.

It was as expected, had an awesome stay for a Business Trip. The breakfast offered a great selection of nice meals. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, in the middle of jackson and overlooking mountain. It was around 4-6 minutes walk from Red Lobster, where you can have dinner.

The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The staff provided great customer service throughout our stay. Our kids enjoyed the room service and the food was delicious. The hotel was quiet at night, allowing us to get a good rest. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, a large shopping centre, and shopping Mall. We only slept at the king room, but greatly enjoyed it.

The hotel has a great location, close to tourist attractions like the cañon de las huasteca. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. The breakfast is decent and there are good facilities like free parking. The staff is nice and helpful, always trying to assist guests.

The room temperature is controlled based on the outside temperature, which can be inconvenient.

Nice hotel located close enough to restaurants and shopping Mall and Monterrey and a large shopping centre. Very very helpful employees with nice manners. Comfortable bed, good-sized rooms. Coffee, breads and fruit for breakfast. Comfortable and unbeatable location, 10 minutes' walk to San Agustin. Perfectly pleasant overall experience.

It has good-sized rooms. Every time in Monterrey we stay in this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a decent Wi-Fi connection. The location was convenient for exploring the area. The hotel provided free parking, although it was a bit dusty and dirty.

I must mention that there were a few minor drawbacks. The rooms tended to get very cold at night, and we had to call the front desk every single night to remind them to turn on the heating.
