The room is really good and convenient, with all the services you can expect on a Holiday Inn.
Knowing this we attempted to pay in full for the room on a Visa card in advance.
When I arrived I was told that no payment was made and that without the credit card I would have no room.
Now I'm in Mexico with very little cash, and no room.
After making me wait in the lobby for nearly an hour they finally approved my room, after the card owner had faxed copies of the card and identification to them.
They also had a piano player named Luis that played at breakfast.
The managers in all departments, especially the business centre and front desk seemed to have nothing but contempt for me.
The advertised "heated pool" was not heated.
