Everything in the hotel was great Can’t complain about anything, the staff were friendly. I recommend Steak 'n Shake restaurant just 5 minutes walk from the venue.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options which was enjoyable, the room was well-equipped and comfortable, and there was a pool available on the premises.

The breakfast was good and met my needs. 20 minutes drive to the airport...

We had a horrible stay. Our reservations were lost upon arrival. The hotel was full so the King room I reserved was not available. Finally the next day it did become available but we were moved 3 times 4 including our first room. Everything was falling apart, carpet coming up spots all over the ceiling. My sister's doorknob with the lock fell off and wasn't fix in upwards of six hours. There was vomit in the trashcan under the liner. The staff that checked us in was very rude. I plan on writing several reviews, after speaking with the manager nothing was rectified. Not even an apology.

I arrived at 3:00 in the morning and expected my room to be ready, instead I had to wait nearly 20 minutes untill the clerk located a room for me and than I had to carry my towels and extra bedding to the room. There was no explanation as to why the room wasn't ready. Since my reservation was for the proceeding day and had been confirmed I would have expected the room number to have been set and the room ready for occupancy.

The hotel was old and in very poor shape. The pictures on the internet were not accurate. Very disappointed!

They did not check to be sure the T.V. have closed captioned before I arrived, anyway, a maintenace guy did switch T.V. for me. There is no kleenex in my room until I asked the maid the next day, she did gave me. There is no elevator for the second floor. I want the swimming pool open early hour before anybody get up.

The price was good and location close to what we needed

The room smelt damp and the beds were tiny!!! We had 2 double beds in our room. Ur we had to sleep separate because 2 people could not share the one bed!!!

I woke up in the middle of the night the first night and was freezing cold. I complained about the heat in the morning and they sent a maintenance man. The problem was not fixable at the time and they had to bring in a space heater for me.

For starters, the Booked.net reservation wasn't recorded at the hotel. I had reserved 5 rooms for 5 nights. Upon arrival, the reservation only showed 1 room for 5 nights. It's a good thing the hotel wasn't full because a group of 20 people (including myself) had driven 13.5 hours to find out our reservation wasn't accurate. The hotel itself is way past its prime. The layout is awful - I've never seen so many pathways, hallways, and potential hazards as I did in this place. The rooms and lobby seem to be the only locations in the entire hotel where you can find air conditioning. If you're eating in the "breakfast area" or traveling in one of the many hallways, be prepared for temperatures that are no cooler than the outdoors (we were there in July). The rooms were mediocre and there were a couple of days where they were never cleaned (our group was attending a conference and was away from the hotel the entire day during our stay). If you want extra towels, you'll need to pick them up yourself from the front desk. Despite the time of day, we were repeatedly told that they were understaffed and could not bring any to the rooms. And, one final bit of advice: avoid the breakfast. The very limited amount of food on the "buffet" is horrible. Instead, plan to drive down the street to Krispy Kreme, ihop, or Denny'S.

It was a no smoking hotel, the person next door smoked all day and night. they finally moved me. My parents had problems with them sweeping in front of their door. They finally clean up on the fourth day.

The place needed to be paint and the carpet need a deep cleaning.

Nothing, the people were not nice and the place is falling down around you...not safe at all to stay there..very bad place to stay..won't be ever staying again

The back of the hotel was gross - dirty- people hanging out - dirty sidewalks and parking lot- grills on the sidewalk - an unsavory feel and look to the hotel in the back - no security there

The price was high for the quality as the motel was old and not worth a 129.00 stay.
