Great location right next to stores and bars etc.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us - close to shopping area, the staff were all very friendly and the room was OK - again clean and comfortable.

The location was excellent and the hotel facilities were very good.

Its in a great location, good quality and efficient somewhat lifeless staff.

It's a ten minute walk in almost a straight line from the railway station to this hotel or £2.

On arrival we found our room only had a double bed - however once back at reception this was quickly and efficiently resolved.

As all family rooms were occupied we were upgraded to an executive king with double sofa bed.

Agree there weren't many amenities in the room but bed was comfortable and the newly refurbished feel (complete with things like a full size kettle instead of the usual small one) made this a good choice.

The bathroom boasted both bath and shower, with shaving plugs, heated towel rail, large sink and no less than 3 mirrors!

The room on the fourth floor was decorated in a more contemporary style but had a smaller bath.

We didn't use the restaurant - we ate somewhere else for both dinner and breakfast and saved money - particularly breakfast, which is £15 in the hotel!

The room was spacious, the breakfast was very nice too and the bar was not particularly cheap - a large glass of wine costs £7.

A great shower, the restaurant provides a superb breakfast selection and very modern facilities.

The hotel was absolutely lovely all of the staff and the reception clerk was very polite and helpful.

Location is brilliant as is right in the centre of everything, the hotel's breakfast buffet is quite nice and the reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

There are leisure facilities availble in the "Spirit" health club featuring a small pool, steam room, sauna and gym.

There is a small but well stocked gym, along with a large swimming pool that looked very good.

We used the gym and swimming pool both of which were of high standard, the only issue being that they were in the basement and had clearly not been refurbished like the rest of the hotel.

Hotel was comfortable, staff were pleasant and the room was very very clean and tidy.

Nice clean bathroom, the coffee was luke warm.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean, great value to include breakfast on a last minute deal.
