The Holidome Inn & Suites Civic Center

I selected this hotel for location, airport shuttle, wireless internet access, room service, and smoking permitted.

After refusing to accept the double beds, they were able to find a room with a king size bed.

When I made my reservation, I reserved a king bed.

When I checked in, they tried to give me a room with 2 double beds.

Well after all that I left two days later with over 100 bed bug bites all over my body.

If you have never suffered from bed bug bites count yourself lucky.

There are plenty of restaurants and plenty of shopping within a short distance of the hotel.

There were ants in the butter during the breakfast buffet.

There were no ice machines available on the second or first floors, you had to walk to the bar to aquire ice.

It was only after he had a fight with the person at the front desk and spoke to the manager that his room was switched.

This hotel was nice in theory and the service was relatively fast.

I did call back and the service was relatively fast (about 30 minutes) and the food was acceptable, however, the food tray was never removed from outside my door for two days!

The hotel has a dome that covers the interior of the hotel and the pool, which would be nice if I would have used it.

Maybe the indoor pool is what caused the smell that I noticed when I walked in from outside, although it was not the smell of chlorine.

Dusty : artificial flowers in the lobby covered of dust.

It was clean and they do have wireless internet access.
