Marvellous and lovely location, and meals were great!!!

The room was excellent sized and functional with comfortable bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

Exceptional food in the restaurant, plentiful breakfast with poached eggs available and a nice spread of high quality foods.

Great and beautiful setting, I had really really nice time.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel convenient with its proximity to the tram stop making it easy to get in and out of the city. However, guests may experience difficulties reaching the city via other modes of transport. The rooms were comfortable and tidy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the breakfast buffet was expensive, the option of breakfast in bed was a thoughtful touch. The only drawback was that the car park had a charge and was located a distance away from the hotel.

This was my relaxing stay for a business trip. Had the standard queen room and it was excellent sized and functional with great view.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Had a relaxing 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. I was offered a particularly good breakfast at 10:10. The setting was fab here and the staff were understanding people on shift. After long day I visited Craftbrew for a couple of drinks.

Early check-in and excellent service. Hearty and hot breakfast served with great food.

By and large, it was excellant base for sightseeing in Manchester, had much fun and met really polite staff on shift.

The bathroom was tiny, I didn't like it.

Good service, functional standard double room with good facilities, smart TV, double bed.

The standard queen room was new-fashioned with climate control, Wi-Fi, and an iron. I loved that beds were very comfy.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

My standard twin room had modern conveniences, including a mini-fridge, a writing table and an iron.

Pleasant, clean venue with marvellous and fab location right by several bars, easy and the Lowry theatre and media city.

the rooms were airy and modern, had a shower and a tub in the bathroom. the continental breakfast was particularly good and plentiful at 10:10 and reasonably priced. the staff was really polite and unfailingly polite and the host too.
