  The location of the hotel was great, the staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were really clean and spacious for London. The food was bland and the whole experience was disappointing.

  The staff were helpful and nice, each morning our rooms were serviced and cleaned.

  Excellent location, easy going hotel and beer cheaper than at home in 'Callaghans Bar. Good price, helpful staff and very efficient and courteous receptionists. The room was very clean and breakfast was great.
