  Some of rooms on upper floors offered very good views of manhattan skyline, the hotel staff were wonderful and front desk team was very nice too. The suite was amazing, food in the restaurant was excellent.

  Very far no view bad staff, nice hotel and the service was great. My room was always spotless, the restaurant bar food was really good.

  We loved the location and the hospitality, great hotel, the front desk staff were lovely. The room was quiet, restaurant employees were very friendly and helpful, we hosted a dinner and brunch and the food was fabulous.

  New and clean comfortable hotel, friendly staff, the room was tired and there was a big stain on the lounge chair. The restaurant was really nice.

  The staff were awesome, bathroom was good.

  The hotel was nasty and restaurant was poor. Choices were limited to decaf and tiny pool were nice extras.

  Very clean rooms and great food.

  No good restaurants close to the hotel and the building is very narrow. Front desk stall unfriendly and rude.

  Very clean room and lots of great local restaurants around.

  Since the hotel was fully booked on first night we had to find a different place to stay, the staff were very unfriendly and weren't apologetic.

  Excellent view on manhattan and convenient to Subway. The hotel was new and happy hour prices from 5 pm to 7pm were a nice plus. The bed was extremely comfortable and the noise heard from the road was minimal, the personnel was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very neat and clean.

  The view was nice, hotel were excellent and the staff were very friendly and let us check in early. Room was very large, the dedicated bar was a real plus for us since this was a celebration event and the service in the restaurant was very attentive. The dinner was delicious and overall facilities were great.

  Near to the subway satation, central Park and quiet, convenient, comfortable lots of free street parking. The location is fantastic, attractions of New York city without the price tag of a Times Square or Town hotel and for the money is very good. The staff are very friendly, room are cool and restaurant is excellent. The veteran waitress is pure ny and we just weren'y quite prepared for the American portion sizes.

  Just a quick subway ride from manhattan this is a great find, the food at the store is very good and the staff is very helpful, it’s a short 12 minute ride to Times Square. The location is excellent and hotel is comfortable. Service is a huge deal to me and the rooms are relatively large and clean.

  Just 3 subway stations to manhattan and then 7 minutes to Grand Central. Gorgeous views of manhattan, better equipped than the nearby Verve and good $$ for the area and quality. The best for the price, friendly staff and the employees were extremely helpful and nice.

  S a subway station just a block away, good location and the hotel was convenient to the city. The staff were courteous and helpful, bed was comfortable. The food was excellent.
