  The location just off the interstate and this hotel is convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff is nice and very accommodating, the maid service is excellent, the towels and linens are great.

  Very nice clean atmosphere, excellent customer service and good breakfast.

  Convenient location for access to west Knoxville, not that far from mall and parks, the beds are old school and not as comfy at Holiday Inn Expresses.

  Good value @ $50/night and very friendly staff. Comfortable room excellent service and nice selection of pillows.

  Low price for a central location, the breakfast selection was extremely limited.

  The hotel was easy to find and on approach gave off a welcoming appearance, the staff were extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful. Beds were comfy carpets in our room was clean.
