Spent my Christmas at this hotel and I must say I'm impressed with the excellent service I got. The location was ideal for me and my family. We found out that there were many attraction sites around the hotel that we could enjoy. The staff was also helpful and always willing to assist us in any way they could. I was glad to see that the hotel had a well-equipped gym, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel needs to improve on cleanliness; we had a few issues with the room's hygiene, and the carpets were a bit dirty.

If you want to go to Craighead Forest Park, this venue is a great choice with a Cracker Barrel restaurant just 700 feet away and the Jonesboro Municipal airport nearby.

Low-quality breakfast, poor customer service, and terrible pool area.

I was not impressed. Was supposed to check in at 3pm after traveling for 5 1/2 hours and was told I could not check in until 6pm due to a college football team had the rooms until 5pm. Went back at 9pm and was told they had three housekeepers walk out and they didn't know when I would have a room. I was highly upset and appalled members of management were not taking initiative!!

Members of management should have stepped in to get the rooms in order!! There was a holiday inn express right next door and none of the guests were offered to move there. Very dissatisfied!!

The woman at the front desk was very nice and the room was clean enough.

I couldn't believe that I was put in a room with a full size bed. In today's competitive marketplace I would think that a hotel would at least offer a queen size bed for comfort. Also, I walked around the hotel to find vending machines and what I found instead was a lot of EMPTY rooms. So you can imagine my surprise when I was told there were no available rooms when I requested an upgrade so we could sleep more comfortably. That is very poor customer service if you ask me. So, I will not be back to stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Jonesboro Arkansas.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Jonesboro and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being close to the Express and the little restaurant. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was immaculate and well-stocked. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the Holidome area was breathtaking. the hotel provided excellent facilities and room advantages.

One negative aspect was the WiFi, which was not accessible during my stay.

The price was great

There was no hot water and I was put in a outside room after multiples times staying at this hotel and it was added to my profile. I hope to never pick this hotel again!

Laundry facility closed at 10:00 p.m. and was located with an exterior access.

Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options. I particularly enjoyed how the staff kept the bar fresh, even after closing time.

My stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any significant negatives.

Sheets were not clean. There were hairs everywhere and a bugger smeared on the sheet. Also one on the wall. Mold in the shower.

All in all, my stay was fantastic and there is nothing that I believe could be improved upon.
