Well located, the staff of the hotel very helpful and the price more competitive.
I did a lot of research and chose this for location.
The hotel itself is very nice, clean and its in a great location.
The location was ok, in that it takes around 15 min by tram to get to the old city.
Easy to get to airport by tram and metro.
Also the Tramway connects to the subway system to and from the airport, though this option doesn't exist late at night.
4) Room was just OK--nice big plasma TV, oldish beds that were comfy but not the best quality linens, etc.
Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean.
The room is large, clean, not noisy, and the bathroom it's ok.
We had a suite room although it had a feeling of neglect with lights that did not work and wires hanging out of walls where facilities were missing.
The room was large enough, best was the spa.
The breakfast was very good, and eating in the restaurant at night was also good, with prices around 20$ per person, not including wine.
Dinner however was poor on arrival night so we did not use restaurant again.
3) Nice breakfast--olives, cheeses, fruits, omelet station, breads, hot savouries, and juices/coffees.
3) Front Desk didn't know the rate included breakfast; I don't like to be forced to "prove" I have breakfast included--I booked through the hotel's own web site!
The breakfast its a very international buffet, good but expensive.
This hotel has the most curtious staff I have come across.
I actually made an advanced reservation for pick up service (from the airport), but guess what!
The hotel reception was friendly and gave good advice.
The staff were friendly enough but of virtually no use in terms of information, tours, altough more than happy to put their hands out for tips.
The room has also a small cofee and tea maker, the room service it's 24h and the hotel has gym, swimming pool and sauna.
Two important areas were closed during our stay: swiming pool + jacuzzi.
We were looking for a place with a pool, so our expectations have been failed.
Room was large, newly refurbished and clean.
The hotel was clean and the rooms adequate.
Housekeping in room of poor standards and not very clean!
