The hotel was included in the price of the convention/school.
It is in a great location, but in desparate need of updating.

We booked the executive level because it was accessible only by key and it was convenient to have continental breakfast and evening munchies.
The Exec level floor wasn't great - there are only 4 levels anyway but ours included a very minimal continental buffet breakfast.
Nothing to eat/drink within walking distance.
