The location here is great, just a quick trip away from North Town Mall.

The place was fairly clean and the staff were nice 😊. We booked a standard queen room, but got a brand-new room with double beds instead. The hotel's location was great and super convenient, plus they offer a shuttle service to the airport which was a big bonus.

We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Springfield. The pool was a hit with our kids, especially with the pool toys they provided. It kept them entertained for hours! The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the Bath and Body products they supplied. The shower had great pressure and hot water, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated having the option to eat dinner at the lounge restaurant downstairs, the food was excellent. The breakfast at the Peppertree connected to the hotel was a fantastic value, thanks to the breakfast vouchers we purchased. we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place with a magnificent view. Spacious rooms, enjoyable breakfast. Very pleasant and welcoming staff and management. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Crossway Baptist Church. Quite comfortable stay in great area.

got 2 rooms for reasonable price. The hotel area had a lot of places to eat and most of all it had a Starbucks in reasonable proximity.

Our favorite hotel in Springfield with great staff. We loved our king room with a flat-screen TV featuring cable channels. The heating system and ironing facilities were a nice addition.

The breakfast was enjoyable with Canadian bacon & turkey sausage, perfect to start our day. We got a reasonably spacious room with 2 full-size beds and a fold-out couch.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was committed and the waiter in the restaurant was helpful. The renovations were mentioned but will be nice when completed. The front desk staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast staff were great and there were no complaints about the room.

The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and the Minor League stadium. The rooms are spacious, new, and have very comfortable beds. The wake-up service is a nice touch.
