I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk, Sonia, was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to fix a reservation issue and secure a great rate for us. The breakfast area was fantastic, with delicious food and a friendly staff. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to downtown and the zoo.

Upon entering the Lobby is very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Room size was very good, bathroom was nice size, and shower was great - very good water pressure. Pool was very nice.

It is an older facility, corridors drab and hot. Our air conditioner did not work well, and there was a musty smell in the room. We only had 2 towels in our room, and a half a roll of toilet paper. Requested additional towels and toiler paper at front desk at 9:30 a.m. and still had not received at 9:30 p.m. Also only 1 elevator in facility at entrance 1...we were located at entrance 8 and on the second floor. The complex is very large - long hallways. Was traveling with a disabled person and the walk was very difficult for her.
