            Near the rideau canal and convenient downtown location. Hotel was super clean and staff were satisfactory. Beds were old and uncomfortable, pillows were very comfortable, well the toilet did not flush very well.

            Service at breakfast was not kind and the manager's response was TOO BAD.

            Best location in Ottawa for walkers, friendly hotel and parliment buildings etc. Nice room. Good price and lobby was always clean. The staff were efficient, helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the food was alright, the dessert was delicious.

            Great location and excellent value. Efficient front desk staff and clean room. The very good service and the yummy breakfast.

            Furthermore, walking to the Parliament Hill for less than 10 minutes and no long waits for elevators. Dirty towel.

            The Byward Market is fun for fresh fruts and access to many shops and restaurants, the hotel has large, comfortable rooms in a great location for downtown business meetings. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful, very good service and love the whirlpool suite.
