Everything was good from the staff to the room, extremely comfy bed and well-maintained room. The location was favourable, a short way from Messiah Lutheran Church. We ate at a great restaurant too for breakfast and lunch.

It was so close to eating establishment, and site restaurant and dining, particularly good location overall.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great shuttle service provided by Holiday Inn. Despite the extreme cold during our stay, they were still able to shuttle us to and from work without any issues. The convenience and reliability of their shuttle service was definitely a highlight.

The hotel had a clean lobby and the rooms were clean, although they needed some updating. The staff at the hotel, especially the wait staff during breakfast, were kind and accommodating. The free breakfast was outstanding and there was a Bennigans in the hotel for drinks and relaxation. The swimming pool was also enjoyable, and the hotel's location was convenient for our travel agenda.

We booked a king size suite and the room was very nice. It was clean,updated, plenty of room, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay in the room.

I did feel the Heating/AC unit was a bit noisy.

I ask reception to make a phone call for me to an other Holiday Inn Hotel. They confirmed but it looks like the other hotel was never informed. I booked this hotel directly before and got a higher price as booking by Booked.net
