                The location is great for downtown Chicago, every one of the staff is helpful and works to make my stay pleasant, usually the service I get is exceptional. The rooms are fine, facilities are very clean.

                This location always has a great and knowledgable staff, personnel have always been friendly, efficient and accommodating. Our room is fine and the restaurant is good.
