The breakfasts at the lower rate. There were beautifully maintained & perfect rooms with a fold out sofa and 2 Queen beds, as example. Its location was comfy, near Beckley and restaurants and shopping and far more attractions and events.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, close to restaurants, downtown Beckley, and ski slopes. It's nice that there is a Subway nearby for quick and easy meals. The service at the hotel was excellent, and the pool was enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near various food options. The room was spacious and had 2 queen beds, which was great. The breakfast was excellent and offered at a lower rate. The location was just 2 miles away from Theater West Virginia, which was convenient.

The breakfast here was not only delicious and awesome, but it was also at a lower rate. 🍳 The staff was super friendly too! The location is great, very close to the restaurant and front desk, plus there are a lot of attractions and many food places nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The king suite was fabulous, and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The hotel was clean, and the service was great. We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during a power outage when they allowed us to book extra nights without any cancellation charges. This hotel provided excellent customer service in a time of need for our family. our stay was as good as can be expected, and the only downside was that the room felt a little small for our family of five.

When using the filters on Trivago, I wanted a pet-friendly motel. Trivago listed this Holiday Inn. As it turned out, this motel does NOT allow pets. Trivagos error could have caused a great deal of problems. I'm very disappointed in Trivago. I will not trust Trivago in the future.

This place's location was convenient, close to ski slopes, restaurants, and shopping, with a comfortable room featuring a kitchenette.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the fast WiFi was a huge perk. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby New River George NP, and there were plenty of restaurants and gas stations in the area. I also appreciated the ample parking and the helpful staff.
