The bed here is super comfy, the bathroom is nice, and they even have tea/coffee making stuff, a desk for writing, and an ironing set in the room. ✨

The location was ideal, really close to midtown New York, the shore along the Hudson, GW Bridge, and Washington Heights. I found a nice place called Linwood Pizza by accident, and it was within a close distance from the hotel.

The folks working here are super friendly and went out of their way to help, making my stay even better. The location was convenient for my weekend plans 🌟. I found a really great restaurant nearby which was a nice bonus.

This place has a great location, ample parking, and is very close to Washington Heights and the shore.

It was so close to the shore, absolutely perfect location overall. It also was close to the GW bridge.

The room was clean. The food was exceptional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The view was exceptionally good. The location is favorable and magnificent, close to Washington Heights, the main dual carriageway, the Hudson shore, and GW bridge.

The staff were excellent and the pool was nice. Booked a room in a good condition.

Convenient location, close to NYC. Parking was great, didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Staff was friendly, especially Mark at the front desk, he was super helpful and professional. The closest room to the door on the 1st floor was a big plus.

The hotel is outdated and needs some renovations. The rooms felt old and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

great breakfast and restaurant staff

when i booked I was given a choice between standard and smoking. because I had a small child I picked standard. When I got there I was given a smoking room. I called the front desk to let them know about the mistake but I was told standard could possibly mean a smoking room. Why give me a choice if at the end of the day you are only going to give me what I did not want? It was late and per them, there were no other rooms so we had to stay. It was awful!

Your offer online.. When you arrive at the hotel everything changes... First the breakfast was not included as I said in the reservation. Second for everything there like paying for water and bottles. When other hotels give them to their guests. Thirdly the floor where I touch myself smells of marijuana all the time. And to top it all off, two elevators. In the three days I was there, only one of them was working, because if they fixed one of them, the other one would be damaged. To achieve excellent service you have to leave the competition aside and start with the essentials, first class customer service and good greetings ... Good afternoon... Good evening... The humility of your employees will allow the service to reach perfection little by little and reach its goal...

I had a great stay at this hotel. Firstly, I was impressed with the attention to detail and the friendly service provided by the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Secondly, the hotel is conveniently located near the GW Bridge, making it easy to access all the sightseeing areas and NYC activities. The proximity to the bridge also makes it a convenient choice for an overnight stay. Lastly, the rooms were in good condition, with soundproof walls ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, having breakfast included was a bonus!

Actualy the pillow .....we usally stay in the holiday inn alot me and my family the pillow was great :)

I didn't like the new harassment with the check in the pool every time we go in to check you if you have the tag if you don't I mean I've been there a lot of times for alot of years over and over I feel little bit uncomfortable

This place is a great value hotel situated in a fantastic location near Yankee Stadium and the waterfront, with easy access to downtown Manhattan via subway.

This hotel offers a good value for a weekend stay, with clean rooms and attentive housekeeping staff. The friendly and helpful staff make your stay enjoyable. The location is convenient for those visiting New York Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia Presbyterian since 10/20/17. The restaurant in the lobby provides a nice breakfast with friendly staff. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to both New York City and New Jersey, allowing easy access to both areas.

The hotel could use some updating, as the heating and air unit can be a bit noisy.
