The inside of this place was fairly clean, with attentive staff and a comfortable, peaceful location where we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent restaurant serving a local menu.

We had a great stay at this place with friendly staff and a clean room for two nights, despite a coffee maker that wasn't working, and it's located around 20 km from the airport.

The hotel had well-kept surroundings with a convenient location near a mall and other stores within walking distance. There was a playground with slides for the children, which was a great feature. The staff members were extremely polite and respectful, providing excellent service during our stay.

There were a few issues that dampened our experience. there was a mix-up with our room upon arrival, and we had to go back to the main floor to have it fixed.

staff not empowered to problem solve. everything is a policy not geared to customer service. breakfast was so bad I wouldn't eat it even though it was free. soggy eggs, cold home fries and nothing healthy like fresh fruit or Greek yogurt.

I've had cool and tidy room with coffee, an oven, as example. The hotel was in an excellant location short walk to a mall and a strip mall plaza, hiking trails and many great restaurants to choose from.

The rooms are quiet and nice, and the hotel provides polite service, with an accessible bathroom.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and easy access to the mall and downtown Guelph. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you need.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Guelph for a quick getaway. Our room had a balcony that led to the indoor pool area, which was a unique and enjoyable feature. The hotel also had a playground with slides for children, perfect for my nephew. The staff were extremely polite and respectful, making our stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a mall and other stores within walking distance. it was a great experience at an affordable price.
