  The food on site was some of the best that i have eaten in michigan, this hotel was nice and the guest services rep was extremely friendly. The rooms were very clean and tiki Bar was great. The restaurant within, i believe called jack's, was excellent too.

  Great location on the beach to watch the sunrise and the restaurant at the hotel is nice. The staff are friendly, helpful and rooms are spacious.

  Surprisingly great place and friendly staff. Spacious, clean room and bath, the indoor/ outdoor pools were a hit as well as the tiki bar for the adults, the food in the restaurant was just ok.

  Our stay in this hotel was one of my most wonderful experiences, the housekeeping staff were extremely good and the room was nice and big. The food was great as well.

  Staff were friendly and the hotel was pretty clean, the room was very nicely updated and the bed was exquisite. The outdoor pool was great, nice chairs.

  Much better that the hi in Muskegon, very friendly front desk reception and the rooms are updated and the bathroom is clean. Just about every restaurant you can think of within a mile.

  The downtown grand haven area is very quaint and not very big, gym is limited.

  Modern clean furniture, good restaurant to and indoor and outdoor pools were nice.

  This hotel was awful and the staff became quite rude and argumentative. The sheets were stained and the bathroom had hair in the sink and tub.

  Live music outside by the tiki bar and great restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools for the kids.

  Worst hotel in michigan and poor service. Tub backed up, dirty linen.
