It's fully worth its 3 stars: we had a very clean room, entrance & lobby is cosy and nice, room is big enough especially compared to the other hotels in paris in the same price.
Not much in the way of hotel amenities, but that said, everything you need is right on the doorstep, it's a great location.
It's in a great location, just a short walk to everything in Montmartre.
Was worried about the location but turned out it was very close to two metro stations and had two bus routes running by very close - 7 days of the week until late at night.

When we arrived there were two beds in the room plus a glorified excuse for a camp bed.
The room was tiny, we had no space to hang our clothes up and with the "camp-bed" up you had to jump over it if you wanted to get to the bathroom!
We had plenty of walking room even when the cot was made up into a bed.
We took a family room, it was like a suite, we were 5 people, me, my husbnd and my 3 children with 2 adjoining rooms and it was perfect.
I take my shower, leaving the bath tub half filled with water and the cleaning staff didn't corrected the situation); the bouffet-breakfast is under the expectatives, for an hotel with this rates.
The hotel is steps away from the Montmartre cemetary, from bustling rue des Abesses and from quieter, less touristy neighborhoods with plenty of small cafes and restaurants.
Tons of places to eat just down the street, and a fantastic bakery, cheese shop, wine store, cheese shop and fresh fruit store.
Didn't eat at the hotel, because how French would that be?
I would highly recommend a visit to the Ristorante Pulcinella located almost next door to the hotel, good food at a very reasonable rate!
The staff was very friendly, and it was convenient having internet access in the lobby.
Rack rate at front desk was €179 but from the website I paid €250.
The staff were rude and unwilling to offer any compromise.
Although it was clean, the staff were not helpful.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Garden Court.
I have never been certain of where a Garden Court fits into the ICH brand, but the answer is definitely low.
The room was reasonably sized and very clean.
The hotel is clean and the room are bigger than other hotels in Paris.
Small hotel but the rooms are clean, well maintained, and very quiet, which I considered a big bonus.

Wunderschönes Hotel in Paris
Mir hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel wirklich sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Zimmer waren größer als in anderen Hotels in Paris. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer, das wie eine Suite war. Wir waren 5 Personen, mein Mann und ich und meine 3 Kinder, mit 2 angrenzenden Zimmern, und es war perfekt. Mein Mann und ich hatten unsere Privatatmosphähre und die Kinder ihr eigenes Zimmer. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen, es ist sehr charmant. Bei unserer nächsten Parisreise werden wir wieder hier übernachten.
