Truly enjoyed our neat and updated rooms.

The hotel was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport.

Our room was reasonably spacious and updated with a queen bed and the staff were excellent! A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator worked well. The service was great, we had 4 pleasant nights here.

The staff was affable, and requests were handled quickly. The room was attractive and fairly quiet with double beds, just what we needed.

The location was magnificent - near to Mexican restaurant that was really good and cincinnati fest and shops and eateries. The staff I encountered were amicable. The pool was nice, the breakfast was plentiful and great.

I greatly enjoyed this hotel, it was well appointed and exceptionally comfortable with free wi-fi. The most important was the staff - efficient and pleasant people. My exceptionally clean and updated room had a nice bathroom. The location was marvellous and comfy on hillside and met my needs. I did not want to leave there, so recommend this venue.

Had great and comfy location on hillside, near a museum and a theater. New-fashioned, impressive room with a queen bed. Plentiful breakfast with a wide array of options to choose from.

Conveniently located near the highway. Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure in the shower. Entire property is non-smoking. Friendly server in the restaurant.

The staff were friendly but did no more then they had to. I got In late due to the weather and had housekeeping banging on my door at 10 the next morning.

No one tp help me with luggage. I had to load and Un-load all of it out of the car, unto the wheeled cart and then try to maneuver the cart inside and up to my room. That was difficult for an older female with back problems.

The room was very clean, the bedding was of good quality. The free breakfast was a real breakfast, and very good. The staff that we encountered were friendly and efficient.

They gave me impressive and new-fashioned room with king sized beds and blow dryer, for example. The location was great and comfy; near a museum and a theater...

I loved the location right off the interstate, it was convenient for exploring the area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The spacious room had a comfy bed with a choice of soft or firm pillows. The water pressure in the shower was great.

Excellent customer service, the staff went above and beyond to address any concerns. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. The hotel also offered free parking, which was a bonus.
