I liked staying in this property and its quiet and excellent location.

location: the hotel was near whitecourt, and town centre. lucky that it was just a pleasant stroll away from subway, offering food to go.

The location was marvellous, in the middle of the city! Besides, it was close enough to hockey rink and town centre.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff at the breakfast bar were super friendly and kept everything clean and well-stocked. They even took the time to explain how the pancake maker worked, which was awesome. And let me tell you, those pancakes were delicious! The selection of food was also good. Another plus was the hotel's convenient location close to the town centre.

Large clean rooms, good wifi, comfortable bed, and clean washroom. Friendly and helpful staff. The front desk lady was cheerful and helpful during our walk-in check-in. The cleaning staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The pillows were really fluffy, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of fruit, hot breakfast, and cereals.

Some noise from the stairwell, which was beside our room. The elevator made some funny noises and took some time, so we ended up using the stairs more often.

The queen room I had was cool. The bathroom was clean with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The location is peaceful and magnificent, 5 km from Hard Luck Canyon. Make sure you stay in the king room with good selection of items.
