Fairly clean hotel with really kind staff, its location is favourable and best possible. The rooms are big size and have great views. Every time we stay in Puebla, like to stay here😃

The location is in the best possible and exceptionally nice spot in the middle of jackson. Btw, it's set in Angelopolis district just next door to Angelopolis mall, the university, and Paseo Destino bus routes, and the center of business.

The room was big, bed soft. View of sunsets was magnificent. The hotel was in an incredibly comfortable location close to the suburban areas, the center of business in Puebla, and Angelopolis mall, the university, and Paseo Destino bus routes. It also was in the middle of jackson.

This very good business hotel offers a great selection of reasonably large rooms. The setting is favourable and convenient, close to the suburban areas around Angelopolis mall, the university, and Paseo Destino bus routes as well as Puebla. There is Hello Matcha nearby for a cup of coffee.

Excellent hotel, the best 4 stars experience compared to other options. Large room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Very impressed with a safe box, multi-channel television and tea/coffee making equipment available. Nice pool, parking on site. Best possible location to International Museum of the Baroque.

We loved staying at this venue! It is conveniently located near the center of business, making it easy to get where you need to go. The service here is excellent, with attentive staff and great amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and room service. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with its amazing views and modern design. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the amenities such as the mini-bar and television made our stay even more comfortable.

The buffet selection could improve to be more tasty and diverse.

The hotel’s continental breakfast was decent and offered more than just the usual cereal, bread, and fruit. the building seemed to be new and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and refreshing air conditioning. The central location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area and easily accessible.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, I was impressed by the excellent service and cleanliness of the rooms. The Skypool offered breathtaking views that made it hard to leave the hotel. The technology throughout the hotel was top-notch, and the room service was prompt and accommodating. I also appreciated the short-term availability of three rooms for our group. The breakfast restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive.

Not obvious to find.

As soon as I arrived, the staff welcomed me with a smile and were always ready to help, making my stay pleasant. My room was immaculate and the breakfast buffet had all the necessary items to start my day off right. The rooftop pool area, game room, and gym were well-equipped and provided me with entertainment.

Absolutely nothing.

My christmas at this hotel was amazing! The two complementary facts that were offered were terrific. The room was very well equipped with all necessary amenities, which made my stay much more comfortable. the location couldn't have been better, it was easy to explore the city from here. The other advantage I enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always willing to help and go the extra mile to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few things that could have been better. The reception staff was a bit slow and apathetic, which was a bit disappointing.
