The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a well-kept area, just next door to the business center and close to the mall. Liked the double room with a king-sized bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The attentive staff gave good recommendations. The location was convenient and ideal; for example, The Mall of New Hampshire was within a close distance from the property. This was my perfect stay on a business trip.

The staff was friendly, but not very helpful

The AC didn't work, and it was 97 degrees outside. We called and asked to be moved after 2 hours of letting the AC run on the lowest setting and leaving to go visit family. When we returned to take a quick shower and head back out, it was still boiling inside the room. We called and asked to be moved to another room, since the hallway was like stepping out into an icebox, and our room was like stepping into a furnace. The knobs on the AC had been removed, and a thermostat was available to adjust the temperature which as I said we had certainly adjusted. We were told the hotel was booked and that moving our room was not possible. We waited about 20 minutes before a nice lady came up and assessed the situation. Luckily my boyfriend knows about air conditioning, and was able to help this woman remove the entire cover from the unit and mess with the broken knobs. AC was "fixed" and by fixed I mean knobs were turned and the cover was replaced. My boyfriend actually had to put it back on properly so that we wouldn't be billed for "damage" since the lady didn't know how to replace the cover properly. We made other reservations since the conditions of the room were not tolerable, and we had paid $160 for a comfortable stay. We had to go to a much worse hotel in the middle of downtown where there is a huge drug problem and were made to deal with obvious shady activity. We went down to the Holiday Inn desk to inform them that we would be needing a refund as this was completely unacceptable and that we'd booked a room somewhere else. The lady at the desk told us she needed to speak with her manager, she went behind the desk and spoke with her for about 5 minutes and then came back and informed us that the manager would need to go and check the unit personally. so we said that was fine and continued to pack our vehicle (mind you this is after a 4 hour drive, we were EXHAUSTED).

I was told a bag breakfast would be ready when I was to leave next morning, it was not ready we left without breakfast

The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay very enjoyable.

The room here is really impressive and feels cozy, plus it has some great views. The staff is top-notch, very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a convenient location right off the highway, making it easy to get around. 🌟

The breakfast was great and everyone got a kick out of the automatic pancake maker.

The pool needed to be cleaned and the hot tub was out of order. When you can't see your feet in the 3 foot deep end it is fair to say it needs to be cleaned.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a kitchen, WiFi, and an iron for my stay.

The staff were very nice

Room wouldn't get warm. Heat was cranked to 78 degrees and it was still cold. The quality of food served for breakfast was awful. The eggs can't really be eggs. They don't even taste like eggs. I'd rather pay for a real breakfast.

The location was convenient for a dance competition in the area, with an in-house dance line available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff offered coffee and fruit for an early morning start. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from.

The noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep in the early morning hours.

The room here is well-equipped with a king-size bed and there's a delicious free breakfast offered; it is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the mall of New Hampshire, and the service is top-notch, being also really close to the airport, about 0.5 miles away.

We stayed one night and enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

We liked everything about the hotel itself.

We found it hard to get to, more on account of our unfamiliarity with the city and our assumption that we could find it on our own. I knew about where it was, but we had exited I-293 on the west side of town to check our location, but didn't find a convenient way to get back on the expressway, so went on city streets and ended up driving around quite awhile. We learned that there are several different extensions of S. Porter St. But once we got there, we were delighted with the facility and had a good night there.

The room was new and even had complimentary shampoo and soap provided.

Quiet and ideal location for our visit to The Mall of New Hampshire at walking distance from the hotel. Impressive rooms, comfortable beds, particularly nice breakfast.
