We had a smooth check-in process with only a minor glitch that was quickly resolved. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area was nice and well-maintained. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, making for a pleasant stay.

One specific situation: We were pleased with the breakfast selection, although it was limited due to safety measures. The coffee was self-serve, and while it was convenient, it would have been better if there were individual coffee stirrers instead of a communal container.

The location turned out to be convenient and quiet, adjacent to many restaurants, the wineries of the Finger Lakes, and the lake and wineries. Furthermore, close to everything. Enjoyed the room with the pull out sofa bed, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Everything was neat and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, which enhanced our experience. Additionally, the pool was a great feature for my daughter to enjoy, and the fact that it stayed open until 10 o'clock at night was a convenient bonus.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The breakfast service could benefit from more supervision, as tables were not always cleaned and food took a while to be replenished.

The facility is clean and the staff is helpful and cheerful. The pool is open, but the hot tub is closed.
