The location of the hotel was magnificent, to great falls. A lot of fab food, we enjoyed it. In general the staff were excellent and amicable.

The room with a fridge. It was nice to find a microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge. The location was good for exploring Great Falls.

The location was good and the room was clean. We enjoyed the convenience of the suite, as well as a refrigerator, a microwave and air conditioning etc.

Loved this absolutely great and excellent hotel, easy to find. The location was particularly good in the nice enough area. Also, we visited Faith Lutheran Church, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, was an unplanned pleasure.

Though everything was great, some of the staff were absolutely rude.

The location was ideal in a shopping Center and the staff here was very amiable and efficient. And we were just next door to many stores, a restaurant and grocery store.

Easy and peaceful location, easy walk to everywhere. Comfortable beds and coffee and tea making equipment, a sitting area, and a work desk. Fairly clean bathroom and a hot tub with good sewerage.

Great customer service and helpful staff. The employees went above and beyond to accommodate my parents' needs. They allowed us to bring in my mom's lift chair and even helped us move it when we left. The continental breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to start the day.

Poor communication regarding reservations. As a Platinum Elite member, my reservation was unexpectedly cancelled without any notification.

My family and I enjoyed our spacious room and the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

The location is great, greatly enjoyed to be close to some leisure places, we've visited restaurants and eateries. We have stayed in the queen room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and coffee/tea making machines.

The breakfast is impressive, possibly the best in town. The pool is warm and there's a kiddie pool for children. The hotel has easy access from I-15. The king suite is spacious and the staff is accommodating. a pleasant stay.

Came in Great Falls to relax and have fun, this family-friendly hotel was chilled-out base for doing it. The location was particularly good - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The venue was in a nice enough area. The breakfast was great, the check in was painless.
