No reason to complain, we will choose it for sure for next trip when in Santiago. The location is favourable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Rooftop drinks. You could walk to shopping malls and a big shopping mall. The breakfast is satisfactory and excellent, includes muffins, pastries, pancakes, and scrambled eggs.

The staff here are really on top of things, and the location couldn't be better - it's right by a park, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll. They serve a yummy selection of breakfast items like muffins, pastries, pancakes, and scrambled eggs 🥞. It's all really good!

attention of the hotel was excellent, even though we had to be there just in the days of the riots and curfew (Oct. 18-21). attention was perfect, breakfast was delicious, there was everything, you could not even notice that we were in a state of emergency. manager herself was worried that nothing would be missed at breakfast, as the hotel was full. You could tell because there were several delegations of foreign athletes, hotel was well supplied and there were staff, always willing and friendly. We had to return from the airport because our flight was cancelled, there was food and drinks to buy, because we could not leave (curfew). congratulations and thank you very much! Really, quality service and prepared for this type of situations that in our country, never had happened.

The hotel is brand-new with a gorgeous and clean environment. The staff, especially from the other shift, were pleasant and incredible. The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, just a 5-minute walk from Costanera Center.

We had two reservations on the 11th and 19th and were super happy about it all but in the end Nicolas ruined it all.

Everything was fine, but on the 21st we left around 4 am. We were 3 families (Jara, Vazquez and Guatti) and Nicolas attended us. The Vazquez family called from the airport to say that they had forgotten a blue envelope with their ID and immigration papers and also a cloth envelope with silver on the waist. They asked if they could send it to the airport. Nicolas went upstairs and we called again. He said that the envelope with documents was there but the money was not. We called. Again no answer. We told them that two of the families staying in the hotel have several hotels in Calafate and we know that these things happen. ...the day before the same person Nicolas had a very bad attitude. I asked him to confirm the transfer with a van that was outside his hotel Pablo and Luis was the driver and he called. and made a reservation for room 907 which I told him I did not want to make a double reservation,,,, and he said no.. What happened is that ubo boble reserve causing an uncomfortable moment. at 0400 hs .. we went with the person we had agreed but. it was evident that nicolas charges a commission and does not care anything ... it is clear that nicolas attitude does not generate confidence and would be. good to suggest the many cameras that are in corridors, elevators and. reception that this person surely something will be seen because you. 500 is almost a salary and a half.

Clean place with awesome breakfasts and great city views. It's in a good spot, close to the Costanera Center, just a short walk away! 🌆

i had an a decent size and well-appointed room with central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel tv, greatly enjoyed it. location: the hotel was close enough to many shops, a mall and great restaurants in walking distance and transport-taxi and the best restaurants in santiago.

Spacious room with a nice bathroom that has a shower, hairdryers, and big bath sheets. The breakfast options are great with coffee, muffins, pastries, pancakes, and even scrambled eggs 🥞.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient as it was close to restaurants and shopping areas. I appreciated the complementary drinks provided upon check-in.

My overall experience was not satisfying. The room was not properly maintained as the shower floor had a strange grey substance that made it non-slippery but looked rather ugly.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception desk were amazing, providing excellent hospitality and making me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed including free Wi-Fi, a TV, and air conditioning. The pool and sauna were also great, and I enjoyed relaxing after a day of exploring.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a great location.
