  The hotel and room were clean and updated, first, my compliments to staff were polite and accommodating. The bed was comfy too and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options.

  The breakfast experience was just icing on the cake for this stay, the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, our room was quiet, clean, and spacious.

  The location is great and the coastal and relaxing drive to San Simeon is just shy of an hour. Most comfortable hotel experience of my life, the staff is the best anywhere and clean and room facility is good. The breakfast is the worst of all of the hi express i've stayed at.

  San luis obispo is a fantastic town and great hotel and Pet friendly. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy and the cinnamon buns for breakfast are excellent.

  After a long drive, i could not drive any more and this hotel is fine and good value. Great front staff at check in, the rooms are always fresh and clean, the breakfast is varied and will probably suit most visitors.

  Pool area great furniture, nice hotel and for the price I paid. The decorations were very basic and bathroom was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, sandy Wyrick, sales manager was magnificent. The shower was amazing, the complimentary wireless was a big plus and breakfast was provided and was adequate. Beverages was delicious.

  Convenient location, great Hotel and my room was just okay and did not reflect nice the lobby. The staff were super friendly, the bed was wonderful and the pillows were labled firm and soft and were excellent. The breakfast was good.

  Good location in a quiet neighbourhood reinforces the comfortable feeling felt by all and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk was warm and room was great. The complimentary breakfast was superb, spa was nice also.

  The rates were more than reasonable and the location to the wedding couldn't get any better, breakfast was a continental one in the hotel, was fine for the day's drive ahead. The staff were friendly enough and room was clean. Pool were great too.

  The location was perfect for our stop, an excellent breakfast/brunch buffet included in the cost of our stay and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean.

  The staff were exceptionally nice at this location, the whole place looked and felt very clean, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good.

  Good value for the money and helpful staff. Nice sized and equipped rooms, computer available for printing. Many restaurants, fresh fruit as well and a great choice in San Luis Obispo.
