  This hotel offers a good location for the price and great staff. The beds were sooo comfortable and the continental breakfast was a plus as well.

  The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, all the rooms were very quiet, the food and beverages were very good and fresh.

  Yes, the staff were friendly, efficient, helpful and pleasant, instead of everything being small, the room was VERY clean. The breakfast was great.

  Downtown San Diego is very romantic and this location will not disappoint, the hotel shuttle even dropped ten of us off at Stingaree for free, front desk could not have been more accomodating. Bathroom could use better lighting, and for the manager to acknowledge that is happens before is amazing.

  Cab ride to old town, the "new" toilets are the commercial type, very noisy and coffee is really weak.

  The rooms were very nice and the location perfect, the best thing about this hotel was the staff, the two guys at the front desk were super friendly. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great.

  The eating area was large and had plenty of windows that looked out onto the skyline, the hotel was just fine. Price was perfect and staff were excellent. The room was relatively spacious and breakfast was good.

  The customer service at this location is amazing, overall, the hotel is clean and safe, staff worked hard to keep everything available at all times. The rooms are adequate.

  Great hotel and staff, reasonable rates, friendly and helpful front desk. Bed was really comfortable and the continental breakfast was functional.

  The view of buildings was not i expected of a "harborview room, the wireless was as slow as 24.4 telephone modem.

  Good price, perfect Budget Hotel and i'm not sure i've experienced friendlier staff. Room itself was clean, breakfast was great.
