  The location was good, our stay was excellent and the pcs in the lobby were a great boon, as was the free BW printing. The staff were very friendly and businesslike, the manager was very helpful indeed. Bathroom was very spacious and clean, the housemaids and bar maids were very nice, finally, after a quick breakfast, we found a clerk.

  Clean and good location, best in Town. The hotel is very convenient and staff is wonderful. Free high speed internet and breakfast is adequate.

  Great views convenient location, the best in town and the hotel is above a large shopping centre. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are excellent, the internet works very well. The food in the restaurant is of a high standard and not overpriced.

  The views from our room were amazing, this place was perfect and all the staff were very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the sauna was good.

  The rooms are big and all have incredible views of the ocean, the hotel is certainly the best in Puerto Montt. Staff is friendly, good breakfast.

  The rooms are very spacious and have a wide view of the Puerto Montt bay, the hotel has a great location since is above of one of the shopping malls.
